We know that not all people and businesses have the same needs when it comes to sending and receiving freight. That’s why we’re delighted to be able to offer our customers plenty of choices and a variety of services to suit their requirements.
Our range of Delivery Choices includes our no-frills Authority to Leave delivery service, and our value-added Standard delivery and Signature delivery services. Together with our collections, return and international delivery services, these Delivery Choices give you the freedom to send and receive the way it best suits you. These services are available exclusively through our online customer delivery portal, aramexConnect.

Delivery Service
The Authority to Leave delivery is our basic, no-frills service. As part of this service, the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if available. If unable to leave in a safe place, the parcel will be directed to the nearest collection point or back to the local depot. The receiver will be notified via the tracking page.

For Standard deliveries, couriers will obtain a signature from the receiver when possible. If the receiver is unavailable they will leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if available. Our Signature delivery service requires our couriers to obtain a signature from the receiver. If that’s not possible, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest collection point. The customer will be notified where to collect their item from by SMS or email.

Enhance the security of your deliveries with our Secure PIN service.
When this option is selected, a unique PIN is generated and sent to the recipient via SMS or email, ensuring that only the intended person can receive the parcel. At the time of delivery, our courier will require the entry of this PIN to complete the handover. If the recipient or an authorised person is unavailable or unable to provide the PIN, the parcel will be securely held at an Aramex depot until an alternative delivery arrangement can be made.
The new Click & Collect service allows parcels to be delivered to convenient Collection Points across Australia, giving receivers the flexibility to collect at a time and location that suits them best.
Receivers are provided with email and SMS notifications when their parcel is ready for collection. To complete the delivery, the receiver simply visits the designated Collection Point and presents valid ID and their unique PIN code.
Our Collections service allows our couriers to pick up your parcel from a supplier or vendor, and deliver it to you. Whereas our Returns service allows your customers to easily return items to you. When booking either service, you can select our Authority to Leave, Standard, Signature, or Secure PIN delivery service.
International delivery allows you to send parcels to over 220+ destinations worldwide, helping you connect with customers across the globe. Parcels can be sent through our easy-to-use online portal, aramexConnect, where you can pay and print your label online, ready for collection by your local Aramex Courier Franchisee.
Our add-on Priority Service provides your parcels with a VIP treatment including:
- Skip to the front of the queue, with parcels sorted and loaded on the delivery van first.
- Priority customer support via Sprinklr.
- Competitive rates that are easy to calculate.
- Availability to most areas within the Aramex Australia deeded network.
- This service can be applied to any of our range of Delivery Choices services.
